Shangri-La Sydney

This hotel was a luxurious experience that fulfilled all my exclusive needs. From the moment I checked in, the staff provided attentive and exceptional service. the room was spacious with elegant furnishings and exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight of my stay; the indoor swimming pool was a peaceful oasis, and the massage and body scrub were heavenly. the restaurant had a diverse menu of delicious food and the sun terrace had breathtaking views.

The only minor issue was the crowded breakfast buffet, which made it challenging to have a quality dining experience. the staff were accommodating in finding me a table to enjoy my in-room breakfast.

We had a romantic escape and we were pleased with the fine views from our room. The location was perfect for exploring the city and it was only a short walk to the popular attractions. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and we enjoyed starting our day with a delicious meal.

The service at the hotel was disappointing. The staff seemed unfriendly and not very professional.

The panoramic views from the bar on level 36 were simply mesmerizing. Gazing at the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge while savoring a creative cocktail made me feel like a character in a spy movie, sitting in a plush armchair, plotting world domination.

I recently stayed at Shangri-La in Sydney for a few nights. The location of the property was perfect, with easy access to the Rocks and Circular Quay. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, making my stay even more enjoyable. I was blown away by the fantastic view of the Opera House from my room, exceeding my expectations. The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious, and the hotel was remarkably quiet. the view of the harbour was all the entertainment I needed.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located in a prime area of the city, within walking distance to the lovely Rocks district down to Circular Quay. It is also close to other popular attractions. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped with amazing views of the city and harbor. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and attentive to guests, offering sweet surprises like cute toys and complimentary champagne.

One minor issue is the slow lifts, but staff are constantly working to improve efficiency.

We had an amazing experience during our recent stay at Shangri-La. The view from our room was amazing, overlooking the iconic Opera House and the harbor. The spacious room was well-appointed and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The concierge desk was very helpful and assisted us with our requests promptly. We were also kinda surprised with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and a cheeseboard on our last night, which added a special touch to our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to popular tourist spots like the Sydney Opera House and The Rocks area. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel for its fine views, spacious rooms, and convenient location.

Great view of the bay and city skyline from room on 9th floor. Comfortable and spacious room with all amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Friendly and helpful staff provided excellent service. Enjoyed the modern theme of the hotel's decor. Convenient location for exploring the city.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk away from Circular Quay ferry, shops, restaurants, and the Wynyard train station. The indoor pool is a great treat for kids.

I loved the fine views of the harbor and opera house from my room. The Altitude lounge on the 36th floor had amazing views. The pool was refreshing and clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was super clean. I recommend this hotel.

Took note of my wedding anniversary and provided goodies, easy check-in/out, room service cleaners were great, quick elevators, enjoyed unwinding away from home.

The hotel staff failed to mention the extra money they were taking as a deposit, breakfast cafe had hair in it and took forever to clean up a watermelon on the floor, concierge was late with our luggage. an eventful stay!

The staff at the hotel were lovely and always ready to help. The location was excellent and the views from the room were stunning. Basic amenities were provided, like tea and coffee, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast at Altitude hotel was enjoyable with a nice view.

During our stay, we were amazed by the fantastic location of the hotel. Situated on the slope, it provided us with breathtaking views of the opera house and a short walk to restaurants and tourist areas. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious bathroom that had a separate walk-in shower. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. We also had the advantage of enjoying the panoramic views from the rooftop bar.

The only downside was the distance to shops, requiring a hike to George St and back up the hill.

The only service I missed for my work was a more extensive range of minibar options.

The hotel was in a convenient area, right on the beach with easy access to the water and sand. The rooms were clean and had a kitchen that saved us money on dining out. The friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.
